As a user you are responsible for ensuring that all information provided (e.g. identification data, contacts, payment details) is correct, complete and up to date. False or misleading information may lead to account suspension, withholding of withdrawals or legal action. Your personal data will be processed exclusively in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR. We apply high security and transparency standards.

Mallee Capitholm provides technical infrastructure but does not offer personal financial advice, recommendations or guarantees of profit. We will inform you in good time (usually at least 14 days in advance) by email, platform messages or on the website. Continued use of the platform after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance. For material changes you may close your account.
